Time to Complete your Background Check

We invite you to start your background check process (DNS covers the cost for your background check).

Please look out for your background package sent directly from Sterling. This process is mobile friendly and can be accessed on any device of your choosing.

Your background check will include:

SSN Verification
Sex Offender Search
Global Watch-list Search
National Criminal Search
State Criminal Searches
County Criminal Search
Motor Vehicle Record

Upon submitting your information for your background check, it will run immediately and DNS will await the results and report back to you. Should you have any questions regarding completing your background check, please do not hesitate to contact us at support@drivernetworkservice.com.

Stage 7

Certification

Congratulations, you have passed your background check.

You're at the last step of your application process. Please be on the look out for an email with additional information about your certification within 12-24 business hours.

What to look-out for:

In your next step, you will be provided with a link to download the Driverq app (your credentials will be provided in this email).

Your certification liaison will contact you via email/phone call/text message to schedule a date and time for your certification.

After you have completed and passed your certification, you'll complete paperwork and then you'll be an active driver and start receiving trips from DNS.
